A couple of weeks ago Matthew not only played a great show at FWA 2009 (
the recording is available to
all subscribers now!), he offered up a
one year VIP Pass for the convention’s charity auction. Even going so far as to remove clothing onstage to drive the bids higher (it wasn’t pretty, we assure you), the bidding heated up and drew a fair amount for the charity, the
Conservator’s Center, Inc.. We’d like to congratulate the auction winner,
Quincy Powell, for picking up the VIP Pass and helping out a great cause!
